Why bother? Their customer service is refusing to pick up calls and it automatically hangs up on you after being on hold for 7+ minutes. Their live chat operators aren’t answering, even after a 10+ minute wait. Their e-mail customer service will only half-answer questions and when you ask for more clarification, they won’t reply.
I went crazy wit this 2 days ago. I had no problems ordering. still alot of good stuff in stock. I am thinking about placing another order.
I got in on the 40% off the next day it was 50% and I asked nicely if I could get my 50% off since I placed my order under 8 hours ago and they said no. Kanye is doing a promotion with them as well it’s like 50% off and then you get 25 dollars in Jan and 5% goes to his foundation.
I know it’s only a 10% difference, but it annoys me that they couldn’t extend this courtesy considering how many pairs of Supras I’ve ordered from them in the past year.
A while back, I placed a huge order with Karmaloop when they introduced the Missbehave pop-up shop. The Dimepiece sweatshirt I ordered was a pre-order but everything else was listed as available. They did not send the order for an ENTIRE MONTH and like T, I called about 10 times total that month to inquire. After being hung up on before even speaking to someone, I finally got ahold of someone….only to have the call cut out halfway through my inquiry to the operator (this sequence all happened more than 5 times). Come to find out that the order was just waiting for the sweatshirt from the DIMEPIECE warehouse. They refused to send the other items in the meantime (some of which were birthday gifts), I assume because it would cost the company more in shipping expenses. I explained that places like Amazon and Victoria’s Secret ship items separately all the time, but they said they absolutely could not split up the shipping of the order, and that is why I could not get the rest of my items that were available until the Dimepiece came in. Additionally, they did not take the money out of my debit account for a month, yet they had a “hold” on the total, so I couldn’t use said monies in that amount that were in my account. The final straw was when I got an email from the douche of an owner months later asking why I, as one of their “best” customers, hadn’t been ordering from them as much as I previously had in the past. I wrote a detailed email to him explaining the gaps in the ordering and shipping processes. YOu would think at that point they would offer me an exclusive discount or take money off of the total of my order just for the mess I had to endure. Or maybe even a thank you email from the owner punk. Ummm, no. But I did get an email shortly afterwards offering me a standard promo/discount code….an offer that was also available to everyone in the general public. Needless to say, I am no longer as loyal a customer as I once was.
i knowwwwww and today (dec 26th) they just had a 24 hour 60% off sale
it doesn’t get any better than that, but most of the items were out of stock
I still bought a few things. I was satisfied
