The movie takes you into the glamorous world of New York City where Rebecca Bloomwood (Isla Fisher) has a has a shopping addiction aka shopaholic and like many girls wishes to work for her favorite fashion magazine. We all know its not so easy, she ironically gets a job as an advice columnist for a financial magazine published by the same company and from there on the story begins. loved the book, they totally changed the story line for the movie… i hate when that happens!
