I know a lot of you guys have been waiting for an H&M Luv update, here it is! Went to H&M in Soho this past Sunday to check out what’s new and the store seems to have gotten a new shipment of spring stuff in! Lots of light neutral, pastel colors and washed out denim. I felt like spring has arrived when I started picking up pastel green skirts, pink jackets and the baby blue ruffle dress as seen in the spring 2009 lookbook! Not a lot of pieces from the lookbook has arrived yet, but I’ll keep you guys posted as I will be visiting more regularly. Fun! More pics after the jump…

ugggggh, h&m needs to get out of the late 80s/mid 90s files asap. that stuff looks like a mess.
Everything looks so borring. Except for those pants, which are stupid beyond belief.

I love the first dress, the green skirt & the tapered jeans! Are they all from Trend? I really hope not our store doesnt get Trend. =(

I went to the Beverly Center H&M here in LA last Friday and tried on like 10 things. I put the blue ruffle dress down because I didn’t think it would look good on me (too overwhelming) even though I love the idea. I also love the corsets, there’s a pink floral one also, but I’m not sure if I’d ever wear them. I ended up leaving with a black lace bubble skirt (not sure if that is spring) and another bubble skirt in the print of the halter top underneath the coat in pic#1. I also got a few tops.
I love the colors, but some of it, like those horrid jeans, are unwearable on non-models (even though I’m pretty sure those jeans would fail on anyone!).
That sucks about them all being Trend. I hope they have some nice pastel items that arent Trend or that our store gets a clue & starts carrying Trend OR that H&M will finally let people in the US buy online!
First off, I love your blog & I love the “H&M Luv” section. These clothes ar very cute , however. and I would definately rock these in the spring. I’m not sure about those pants though. Maybe because I’m so skinny they probably wouldn’t hang right on me. Nonetheless, keep up the good work and keep op the updates on H&M,which is one of my fave stores(one I actually could afford)
Uh uh uh.. I like the big clutch and the acid wahed denim jacket – not to speak of the denim jeans as well, I’ve bought them. And I think they fit really well.
where can i buy these things?! I heard H & M stock “Trend” items in London but I’m a fair few hours drive from there!
