Spotted one of our favorite Gossip Girls Blake Lively gracing the cover of the February 2009 issue of VOGUE! She worked the Old Hollywood look to the fullest, so fabulous! Scoring the cover is pretty crazy, I wonder if on-screen BFF Leighton Meester is jealous, I know she would be if it was on Gossip Girl- Queen B wouldn’t like S to shine through her would she?
