Starting next week, January 20th for a week, select Department stores are giving away free cosmetics because of a lawsuit filed against them in California in 2003. The giveaway is first come, first serve while supplies last, major Department Stores will be giving away $175 million worth of free cosmetics products to “shoppers who bought certain cosmetics between May 29, 1994 and July 16, 2003 to settle claims that the stores violated antitrust laws and tried to fix prices.” Act fast, its first come first serve! via BusinessWeek
