On Monday we reported about the Shibuya Mon Amour boutique line that was designed by Satine owner Jeannie Lee exclusively for Forever 21, the collection is now available online. The line was “inspired by the cool kids of Tokyo and Paris, Shibuya Mon Amour is girly, street, punk and fashion.” The line consists of T-shirts and tank tops made with 100% cotton featuring nature inspired graphics on the front and range from $13.80 to $17.80. Looks like not all the graphics in the line are released just yet, the deer and the rabbit are not available. The graphics are simple but cute, I’m thinking about getting an Owl Cotton Tunic ($17.80)- do you like the line? More pics after the jump…

i like the leopard
I like the idea of stylists (as opposed to vapid celebrities) getting into the fashion mix… But so far the lines by the stylists I’ve seen are lackluster (ie. Miss Davenporte, Andrea Lieberman’s jewelry line, any Rachael Zoe). This line is cute; I wouldn’t buy any of it tho. But I’m way more open to stylists making a name for themselves in fashion that pop-tart b-rated celebrities.
Lame, and boring. It’s exactly the same stuff they and Delias have been shilling for years now. Nothing about it reminds me of Tokyo or Paris. It’s generic Cali girl style. It’s cute, but boring, and it’s certainly not “boutique”. But then again, nothing about F21 is remotely “boutique” to begin with…
I only like the Long Owl tee. THe others look cheap
I think that it doesnt even look like i would expect tokyo clothes to be its just all animals i think its dumb.
boooooooooooooooring and expensive!! i wont pay more than 2 dollar for that clothes!! the graphics are cute indeed, but i’m very dissapointed about this new brand.
i don’t think in japan the girls use clothes so simple
