I was so happy to find out that the McQ Alexander McQueen for Target collection will be modeled by Blythe. For those that have followed me since 2006 might remember that I collect Blythe dolls, I own eight of the full sizes and a bunch of petite ones as well. I don’t collect anymore so they’re just sitting pretty on my shelf, but after seeing Blythe modeling McQueen’s Target collection my memories all came back! Thanks to reader lucy92 for the tip on the microsite. I can not wait to see the full collection with Blythe, mark your calenders for the debut on March 4th! And for those of you that are in New York for V-Day, be sure to check out the Target McQ Market on February 14 & 15 from 12 noon – 10pm at St. John’s Center (330 West Street at West Houston Street)! UPDATE: The collection is now available >> Shop: McQ Alexander McQueen for Target More pics after the jump…

damn yo – i gotta be in long island on the 14th!
How can you find out if they’ll sell McQueen at your local Target? Is there a list somewhere? Or do you have to call them? I’m afraid this collection will sell out fast online and I don’t want to risk counting on it. I know people are going to buy things in bulk and try to sell it on the interest for a lot more than it’s worth. Which annoys me to no end. Plus I want to try stuff on in the store. Anyone know?
Cassie – I’d call my local Target and ask for a manager. Luckily, I called mine and they confirmed they’d be carrying the collection. I read that 250 stores were going to be selling it. I wish I could be in NY for the preview!
Thanks! Hopefully the one I go to will. We have many a Target here though, so I’ll call them all if I have to!
I wish Target would sell the Blythe dolls too..
omg! Blythe!
I am so happy they used Blythe dolls for this ad. I would love to have the clothes for my dolls. I live in LA and am lucky to have a store that sells Blythe just down the street. It is actually the only store in America just for Blythe and Pullip. So if you live in LA go see it. If not then, http://thevalleyofthedolls.com/home.php
