i was able to join, but when i click to print out my free gift coupon, it prints blank. ugh.

I had no trouble getting my coupon. I went to get my free gift last week. I got a very small tube of lotion.. not a tote
The girl at the counter was even bewildered at the coupon. She had to get it checked out so many times.
