We all know that self-tanning is Linday Lohan’s “thing”, now she took it a step further to launch a self-tanning mist called Sevin Nyne. According to WWD, Linday partnered with Lorit Simon, a tanning expert who has been tanning her for events and fashion spreads for years, the self-tanning mist is a hybrid of Simon’s own blend but for a mist application rather than an airbrush machine. The active ingredient of the mist is DHA, it uses caramel instead of artificial colors to get a darker hue and does not contain SPF but is stain resistant and sports a black coconut scent. While tanning results are said to be instant, it takes between two to five hours to get the end look, which lasts four to five days. The Sevin Nyne website is slated to launch in about 45 days when products are available April 15th on sephora.com. Product enters Sephora on May 1 for a six-month exclusive and retail for $35. Anyone want to sport a “Lindsay glow”?

Self tanning is always a gamble… it could go horribly wrong if its not done correctly.
um…if she’s selling self tanner, shouldn’t her skin not be smudged horribly in photoshop to show off her “fabulous glow”?
@modelizer: exactly never was a fan of her “self-tanning” looks, perhaps with her new self-tanning mist her “glow” will not be orange! haha!

Listen, I actually like her and hope she gets back on track soon – but she creates product lines for things she gets made fun of the most – first leggings and now self-tanner. Next she’ll be making her own brand of vodka.
(oh and the vodka bottle will look like a water bottle, natch)
