I’m not sure how long I haven’t rocked a pair of Dr. Martens, since the popularity of combat lace-up boots Dr. Martens has been making a huge come back. I’ve been eying to get a pair of plain black or patent black classic 1460 8 Eye Boot but then after I saw these new Patent Lamper Boots in an array of delicious pastel colors I’m a bit moved. These will be great for spring, but I’m torn on the color, the aqua, purple and pink are all so cute! The purple pair looked quite cute in this shoot, hmm. They’re not exactly cheap, $114.95 so I can’t get all the colors haha, but Shoebuy.com has free shipping and returns so I might get the colors and try them on…decisions! Which one would you go for? Also, do they run true to size or big? > Shop: Dr. Martens 1460 8 Eye Boot Patent Lamper [Shoebuy.com] More pics after the jump…

saw thesein topshop, the lilac pair and they are HOT!
as far as sizing, they are actually a bit loose, in my opinion. i wear a size 9 usa (i know, i have big feet) and i found them to be a bit loose. not sure about them these days. my pairs (i have 4 of them) were from about 10 yrs ago..
These doc martins are cute but I would be kind of embarrassed to wear them this new. I wish I would of kept my old doc martins. Old doc martins look more cool. I guess I woudl have to wear them and jump in mud and dirt to make them look some what old.
need mulberry and grey – hahahahah
don’t do it- they’re hideous, stick with black patent if you do!
If you can wait it out, check amazon at the end of the season. I scored a pair of Zena, white zip up Docs for $35, no joke. This sort of “fashion forward” offering from Docs are always available for heavy discount at the end of the season.
I am rolling my eyes, this is Gwen Stefani circa 1995. Nitro girl, really???
Just got my pair from midtownshoes.com
