Fashion Week Daily is reporting that Richard Chai “is in talks with the new of Bill Blass, Peacock International Holdings, about the creative director position at the house.” No comments were given but the announcement of a new creative director will be made in a month or so. Chai will be a good fit, I like his designs. Regardless of who will be taking the position, Peacock is planning to relaunch the Bill Blass collection back in the next 9-12 months and expect to see Bill Blass back on the runway in September.
