Kidrobot Fall 2009 Collection Preview

I’m always looking forward to Kidrobot press previews, I love going to their office it’s so cute- there’s toys everywhere! Kidrobot’s Fall 2009 Collection is the first collection that was completely designed by their new designer, PJ Nagaya. The new range is super cute, loving the women’s polos with puff sleeves, graphic tees and hoodies. The Fall handbag collection will be the last collection in partnership with Schifter + Partners, Kidrobot will be producing the collection on their own after. As usual the bags and accessories don’t disappoint, it never fails to make me smile, I heart the bags. The apparel line is back with limited edition pieces, all items will showcase what number you have on the inside of the garment. There will also be artists hang tags on each items that was created in collaboration with an artist, giving you the info on who the artist is and their inspirations behind their designs. For the women’s collection there are a bunch of amazing artists that Kidrobot worked with which include: Junko Mizuno, Tado, Frank Kozik, MAD, Mori Chack and Mike Davis. I’m also loving the Gloomy Bear pieces, they’re so cute and bad. Keeping in mind about our poor economy now, Kidrobot lowered their price points for the Fall line to keep budget-friendly. The new collection will be available at Kidrobot stores and kidrobot.com starting July.

On point as always. Love the subtle play with prints on the guys shirts, and the slightly tilted pocket. It’s down right sophisticated.
