Not a fan of matte polishes.. I like to do my own nails and there is so much room for mistakes with matte polish!
Funny story. After seeing your post about the Essie Neon collection, I ordered a mini-set through an eBay buyer. I painted my nails and my neon colors were coming out matte! I was very surprised. I don’t believe that the neon collection is matte, or is it? The colors ARE gorgeous so I just finish it off with a high gloss top coat and they look fine =]
I’m a recent essie convert and I think i will want to try this one out, especially because you can ‘matte’ whatever you want
Hey elizabeth about your comment on the neons being matte, all neons turn out matte no matter the brand thats just the way they are i dont know why though.
