This past Thursday, I met up with Rachel Roy‘s team at Macy’s to check out the Rachel Rachel Roy collection which I have been waiting for since I’ve previewed it back in April. I had no idea the collection has already hit Macy’s, Rachel Roy was there personally earlier that day too. The collection is placed on the 2nd floor which include affordable contemporary sportswear, footwear and accessories. Not all of the products have been released, a lot of the stuff I saw at the blogger preview and launch event is not there yet but there are also pieces that I haven’t seen available there. I was dying when I didn’t see the footwear, handbags and accessories (my personal favorite), I was informed they’ll arrive in September (waiting patiently!). I went on a little shopping spree courtesy of Rachel Rachel Roy, picked out my favorite pieces that were currently available at Macy’s and played dress up in the fitting room. The apparel is very affordable and the quality is great too. I went with the navy blue Boyfriend Blazer ($149), black garbage bag Rain Coat ($149), taupe loose fitted Top ($59) and a white Chain Tee ($59). I love it, can’t wait till the Rachel Rachel Roy pop-up store opens in Soho on September 10th! Big thanks to Shirley and Liz D.! More pics after the jump…
