I’m bummed that I couldn’t make it to the +J by Jil Sander for UNIQLO collection release in Soho this morning, I heard the line was really long. I didn’t think it would be like that since all the other collabs were pretty quiet, I underestimated the power of Jil Sander. I really wanted the puffer jacket, oh wells! Since YM’s office is close by to UNIQLO he popped by at around 12:30pm today and snapped a few pics of the line outside UNIQLO and a video, I might swing by later today after work but I’m sure by then all the good pieces are gone! Did you go? Buy anything? More pics and video of the line after the jump…

I lined up around 8:30, was able to get in the 4th group of people. I was able to get the puff jacket, and a nice grey wool trench. They kept replenishing the stock, but I don’t know what will be left by the evening!
OMG! I should’ve stayed in London just for the Jil Sander Collection. Here in Germany we don’t have UNIQLO. But please tell me, was it worth it?
Last time I’ve been queuing was for Matthew Williamson for H&M – by the way, that collection was a total desaster and not worth waiting at all.
YAY! it was great meeting you yesterday for .5seconds…. I’m the sales associate you stopped for that fab +J down jacket in a S… I’ll see if I can find one and get it for you…. then we can arrange the pick up… or if not then i’ll just keep it cuz I kinda liked it =D…
