Lanvin’s Alber Elbaz Designed Stamps for the French Postal Service

When I was very young I used to collect stamps but not anymore. My interest has been sparked once again fter seeing this stamp that Alber Elbaz designed for the French postal service in celebration for Lanvin’s 120th anniversary. He designed two stamps, La Poste, illustrated with his iconic playful doodles. The stamps along wint three limited edition ceramic hearts will go on sale early next year but you’ll be able to get your hands other Lanvin anniversary goodies — including pencils, paper presses and notebooks which will be available later this month at the post office based on Rue des Mathurins in Paris. An online Lanvin store also will be created for the occasion on the post office’s Web site. Cute, wish USPS will get a designer to design our stamps! Something to think about. via WWD
