  1. Jessica Allison says:

    I’m all over the cardigans!!!!

  2. ELLIE says:

omg…I am SO excited. I doubt our target will carry their amazing line!

  3. chloe says:

clothes are cute but the model isn’t complimenting the clothes at all.

  4. Amelie says:

leopard dress looked way better on Dakota, looks grossly odd on model.

  5. rndm says:

Individual pieces are great, these outfits together are little off-putting….

  6. joan says:

ok. that model has to be a man. or a tranny. or a tranny man.
clothes are ‘interestingly’ styled… but the dresses with sheer bodices are cute :)

  7. Cassie says:

Love the cardigans, tulle skirts, bow belt in black and that lace slip dress. i sure hope my target carries it all, you can bet i’ll be there right when they open!

  8. Yvonne says:

Love them alllllll! Will have to pick up quite a few pieces when this launches.

  9. Judy says:

lot of cute pieces……I saw lot of models look like her and no they are not tranny….not all tranny look ugly….hello..

  10. aimy says:

#4 in nude=my dream dress. I think it’s the only thing from this collection I NEED.
And everyone stop hating on the model! So what if she isn’t conventional? I love that she opened Marc Jacobs S/S 09.

  11. Angela says:

this is not the FULL lookbook right? There should be a lot more looks. I wish they would all come out already!

  12. retrogurl says:

@angela: nope it’s not the full look book, but that’s all the Target PR said they are releasing at the moment. I will add more when I get it.

  13. Eli says:

ummm I want that blue dress in my life

  14. Ling Wang says:

The model chick just doesn’t fit this feminine style clothing. If this was more rock and edgy, she’d be fine, but it’s totally not. Bad casting.

  15. Amanda CQ says:

I think it’s awesome casting, actually. The clothes are edgy, and the model adds an extra edge. Plus, she’s def. not the kind of girl you’d expect to be modelling clothes for Target! I love their choice.

  16. Dahlia says:

    ewww gross!

  17. Laura says:

The model/styling just does not wrk, but those lacey cardigans and some of those dresses are to die for.

  18. lula girl says:

Omg..the model is like a she-man…why target? why?

  19. gmarie says:

this model isnt working for me. that leopard dress looked so HOT on Dakota, here i’m wondering if i’m even looking at the same dress..
Cant wait to try it on in person for myself. The cardigan’s are a must

  20. Maria86 says:

I agree the modelo DOES NOT compliment the clothes… at all…..also, couldn’t they use more than one pair of shoes for the whole lookbook?? like the clothes, the lookbook sucks.

  21. RudeGirl says:

Nylon magazine says these outfits are from the store’s “first shipment.” Perhaps this means they are rolling out the collection over a few weeks, thus the partially approved lookbook?

  22. Gigi says:

Does anyone know if they will carry all the pieces shown in this post, ONLINE ? I highly doubt I can get someone to buy them for me. I am out of the country right now, and possibly the best option I have now is getting them online.

If anyone knows, please let me/us know.

    Thanks ! <3

  23. :) says:

The model makes the clothes look awful, when they’re actually quite great! Sorry but that girl doesn’t do it for us.

  24. girls are so freakin catty. That model, Jamie Boucher, is RIDICULOUSLY successful as a model, and prior to her debut on the MJ runway, she worked as a model for him behind the scenes. God forbid a model has a unique look, and doesn’t fit the all-american cookie cutter look!! i think the model bears a striking resemblances to the muleavey sisters themselves. i think she rocks, the styling rocks and I WANT EVERYTHING. except the denim jacket??? why didnt they give us poor folks a taste of there gorgeous leather jackets from the runway??? grrr, and the leopard jacket is way lame, it should have been a 3/4 length, glamtastic mod piece with a high collar. imo… lol.

  25. P.S. The skeleton dress is my favorite, folllowed by the leopard dress, and the sheer cardigans (specially the mustard) and the lace tights, and knee socks… too bad the doc’s and the gloves won’t be available…… it’s the best target collab since McQueen, only it’s at the GO international price points so I can buy more!!!! i just hope the EBAY vultures don’t go to nuts, it’s completely unfair when they buy up everything with no intention of wearing it. Im gonna be on target.com hitting the refresh button from dec. 19 on….

  26. Mel says:

@betty stayout, I’m totally on board with you as far as the Ebay vultures!!! I just went to check ebay and there are already a bunch of people selling the nude dress and some cardigans…..crazy!

  27. Cris says:

The model is actually jamie bochert, quite a particular looking girl, a great model, if you ask me! google her name if you wanna see more of her work, it’s amazin… specially her new marc jacobs ad http://www.nitrolicious.com/blog/2009/12/09/jamie-bochert-for-marc-jacobs-spring-2010-ad-campaign/ A-MA-ZING* great collection too!

  28. Britt says:

I first tried on the Yellow Leopard Lace dress and then i thought about it and then put it down, then i remembered how amazing it looked on Dakota, I picked it back up and Im so in love with it, fits a bit loose so its best to get it tailored

  29. linny fraser says:

I have been to 4 Target stores here in San Diego CA and none of them carry Rodarte tights. What other store carries them or do you have the address of a Target that carries them
