Omorovicza-Skincare

Many of you know that I don’t use much makeup but I do spend quite some time researching skincare products and getting recommendations from friends. Moisturizers and SPF are very important to me, and I don’t go cheap on my skin. I’m not sure if I’m imagining things or if I just forgot how cold last winter was but it seems to be extremely cold this year in NYC (am I bugging out?). And if you live in an older apartment in Manhattan you’ll know that the old school radiators blast out heat like its free, and that makes my skin super dry, it’s dry in the winter to begin with. Therefore, when winter creeps around I’ll need to switch my moisturizers to cater to my super dry skin. I’ve been trying out a couple of products from a skincare brand from Hungary called Omorovicza.

Omorovicza products I’ve been using for about a month are Gold Rescue Cream ($300), Rose Lifting Serum ($185) and Rejuvenating Night Cream ($225), all of which I’m very happy with. All of the products feature Hungarian thermal water which is naturally filled with calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese which are beneficial for the production of more collagen and elastin, locks in hydration and protects skin from micro-damage and provides anti-oxidant defense against free radicals. And not to mention the products also have a soothing scent to it.

The Gold Rescue Cream is a rich anti-aging rescue cream featuring real gold, Omega 6 ceramide, and other beneficial ingredients. It is good for the winter time since it’s so rich it hydrates my poor dry skin throughout the day (before using this after moisturizing my skin would still flake after a couple of hours), but may be too heavy for the summer. Even though it’s rich it’s easily absorbed so it’s not oily. Although I don’t need anti-aging treatment yet, I love the hydration it provides.

The Rose Lifting Serum is extremely lightweight and goes on very smoothly, love the rose scent to it. It features may seaweed which is a natural alternative to Botox, who can say no to that! Firms the skin and is good for all year round.

The Rejuvenating Night Cream is also rich but easily absorbed and is my favorite of the three products. After I shower at night my skin seriously dries up and feels super tight, this deeply hydrating night cream works like a charm and keeps the moisture even when I wake up in the morning. I think I’ll be using this throughout the year, love it.

If any of you are interested in the products, I recommend stopping by Bergdorf Goodman or Neiman Marcus to try it out in person. Great stuff, have any of you guys tried out the products?
