ahhhhh this is a dream come true!
Aaah! I can’t believe the lookbook is out! Obviously we won’t know the quality until it comes out, but I LOVE the variety of stuff he has, from polka-dot dresses to sparkly swimsuits and tuxedo jackets. There’s something for everyone, I think. I’m excited for the dresses, I’ll probably get the snap-tape dress and the two-piece ruffle dress (red!!! It doesn’t look like a Target dress at all), maybe the black/gold halter dress. That red leather jacket looks fabulous but a little pricey for me. I’ll probably snag the black/gold halter swimsuit, the braided belts, and the tie-dye Zac tee, as well. I’m a little torn about the gown (speaking of… didn’t Alice Temperley have a gown in her Target collection? Or maybe it was just a maxi dress), the cut looks timeless enough but I’m not loving the print, mostly the colors. I’ll have to see more pictures and see it in person to decide whether to get it or not. And this time I won’t make the same mistake as with the Rodarte collection. Come April 25 I’ll be in front of my computer ready to get the items I want before the eBay hoarders get to them!
OMG, am totally excited for Zac Posen for Target collection. I love the dark blue tape dress and the two-piece red ruffle dress, though they are kinda $$$ for Target (and quality is always questionable with these collections), and really, where would I even wear that red ruffle dress, but it’s kinda fab. Also, am loving the yellow raincoat, though I’m sure it would make me look jaundiced.
I think I’ve just had a heart attack!
Amazing. Totally amazing. I cannot wait for this line to be available!
I saw the lookbook for ZAC Posen and I simply can’t sit still for it. It is simply one of the best low budget collections I’ve seen in awhile. I adored Rodarte’s looks, but when I tried them on, at 5’5″ and 110 lbs, I looked frumpy. I shouldn’t look frumpy – I am tiny and athletic… However, by the time I got to Target, Rodarte was totally picked through and I could only try about 6 of the items – so maybe it was a sizing issue. Anyway, I hope this isn’t the same for ZAC – I would wear like 80% of the outfits in the line.
