Back in November I reported that Target has tapped Eugenia Kim to launch a limited edition collection for spring 2010. The Eugenia Kim for Target collection is the first hat launch in a series of limited-time-only accessory designers at Target and is slated to hit Target and target.com from April 18 through June 20, 2010.

The collection was inspired by Old Cuba and Fast Company has the first look at a straw hat from the range. “I was obsessed with the old-school Latin resort thing,” Eugenia Kim says. I went to the press preview a few months ago and at the preview it made me feel like I was on vacation.
