If you haven’t paid much attention to Sam Edelman in the past, you will for Fall 2010. Checked out the collection a couple weeks ago at the showroom and was impressed. Since I got the Zoe Ankle Booties back in 2007 and the Ginger Sandals, I haven’t gotten anything from Sam Edelman. But I’ve already got my eyes on quite a few pairs from the Fall collection, lots of amazing shoes releasing and I can’t wait to get my feet in them! For Fall 2010, Sam Edelman focused on three themes: Dark Romance, Homeward Bound and Wild Thing. Dark Romance features mostly black boots, pumps, sneakers, clog booties and flats full on in studs, beads, chains, lace-up and lace, also my favorite theme in the collection. The Zoe Ankle Booties is back featuring studs on the wedge called Zoyla (which Dakota Fanning wore already) and also thigh-highs and knee-high boots as well. There’s also pumps called Lorissa that reminded me of the Louise Goldin for Topshop pairs which are super hot. Homeward Bound features mostly earthy colors like tan, taupe brown and white in sandals, ankle booties, wedges, clogs and thigh-high boots. Wild Thing is all about animal prints and funky colors in suede and faux fur. The collection starts to hit retailers in July!

all lot of rehashed trends from last year all put on a shoe.

oh gosh… my bank account and this collection will not be bffs. those studded pumps are TDF! i’m reminiscing of the CL studded pumps that i missed out on…. I must have these! I’ve always been a fan of sam edelman’s shoes! ahhh
