Karl Lagerfeld to Design Capsule Collection for Macy's!

This is seriously the best news since Lanvin for H&M and Valentino for GAP! According to WWD, Karl Lagerfeld will create a one-off limited edition women’s collection with a few men’s wear items that will be sold in about 250 Macy’s stores as well as online for fall 2011 (September). The collection will be part of a new designer initiative that Macy’s will launch next year in which designers create capsule collections for the store’s Impulse department. If you’re like me and missed out on Karl Lagerfeld’s H&M collection back in 2004 (I was on vacation during the launch), this is your chance!
