Photographer: Josh Olins

After seeing several sneak peeks of the Marni at H&M collection I’m sure all of you guys have been waiting to see the entire lookbook! Before I go to bed, here’s the women’s and men’s lookbook! Enjoy!

Eclectic, quirky and timeless, the Marni collection at H&M is a modular wardrobe for women and men, complete with accessories. It is composed of elegant items selected by Marni’s creative director and founder, Consuelo Castiglioni, from her extensive repertoire to create a playful range of style possibilities. A sense of sophisticated eclecticism is mixed with a sporty allure; the accent is on the streamlined purity of design and the intensity of surfaces. The result is high on prints and spring energy, with the unmistakable Marni signatures evident in the juxtaposition of shapes, patterns and materials.

Available from March 8, 2012 in around 260 H&M stores worldwide and online (where available), the collection features both clothing and accessories all at H&M’s prices, meaning everyone will have the chance to enter Marni’s world.” Can’t wait! Do you like it? More to come, stay tuned!

Admittedly, the men's collection is thoroughly disappointing and boring. But I have my eyes on the prize(s) in the women's – the brocade suit and the ACCESSORIES! Can't wait to get my hands on them. I'll queue up at 4 am if I have to!

Mens collection is quite lackluster compared to womens.

  3. JAi says:

The men's collection is simple and understated. Focusing on creating staple items that are stylish and practical. I really like both collections.

You say “everyone will have the chance to enter Marni’s world” perhaps that will be the case with this H&M collaboration but not so with the Marni boutique in Rome, Italy! It appears that that particular store prefers young girls holding hands and giggling with ‘gentlemen’ old enough to be their grandfathers to self-respecting women who work hard to pay their own bills…as the song says “The clothes I’m wearing, I bought it…the rock I’m rocking, I bought it” so lets avoid stores like Marni’s in Rome until they show some respect to hard-working women who don’t need a grandfather figure to buy them a handbag in exchange for a bj!

Damn you H&M for making me spend all my money on your designer collaborations! No seriously, this one looks great! It feels way more wearable then the versace line. Now I just have to figure out which peaces to get.
