Lemarè Wedge High Top Sneakers New Colorways

For those of you that still can’t get a hold of a pair of the Isabel Marant sneakers and weren’t quick enough to order a pair of the Lemarè Wedge High Top Sneakers (an alternative to the Isabel Marant Willow High Top Sneakers) I posted about last month, Luisaviaroma.com restocked along with new colorways. Some of you guys emailed and asked about the comfort of Lemarè sneakers, I personally don’t own a pair so I really don’t know. But I can say that the Isabel Marant sneakers are really comfy, so I assume they’re pretty similar? Did any of you guys buy a pair?

These retail for US$277 and are currently available in 4 colorways (brown/black, white, red/black and white/pink) in a full size run on Luisaviaroma.com. You can pre-order it for a June 15th delivery.

Henry Holland for Le Specs

I love sunglasses and I’m sure you guys know by now, so whenever I see really unique looking sunglasses I usually get them. I’m currently really loving the Henry Holland for Le Specs sunglasses collection. The sunnies are funky and they’re affordable at $88 a piece. I think I’m going to get the Muffin Top and Hoodies (pictured) pairs, do you like?

Shopping for the perfect mattress

For the past month or so my weekends have been mostly dedicated to fixing up my apartment (still am), it has been long due. Purging all the clothes and accessories that I no longer wear and also creating more closet space. Now that things are almost done, I need a new mattress and I’m willing to spend on that. I think the bed is the most important in the house, if you can’t get a good night sleep your entire day is messed up. So I’ve been looking into getting either a Stearns & Foster, Tempur-Pedic or Beautyrest mattress.

I’ve went to a furniture store to try all 3 brands and boy there are so many different kinds, they all felt pretty comfy and it’s really hard to choose one! All great brands and pricing all start at about $1000 which is doable. While doing research my friend Jenn recommended The W Hotels Mattress by Simmons which is currently on sale at Gilt.com. I’ve stayed at W Hotels several times and their beds are really comfy so I’m considering getting it. What brand of mattress are you sleeping on?

Lemarè Wedge High Top Sneakers

I think I’ve came down with a cold today, took a “sick day” and just rested at home and checked email. I’ve been getting a lot of emails asking me about my Isabel Marant Willow Sneakers (here, here, here and here), unfortunately I have no tips on helping anyone get a pair. I would say keep trying the store and net-a-porter.com and get lucky. I came across an email from reader Jazzy telling me there’s an affordable pair that looks to be inspired by the Isabel Marant sneakers called Lemarè. If you don’t want to drop $760 (plus tax) on a pair of the real deal, these are almost as good for $277. I personally prefer my Isabel Marant pairs but if you’re looking for the same idea, these are a great choice. Available at luisaviaroma.com and on their official eBay StoreLemarè Wedge High Top Sneakers.

Can you tell the difference? I can. What do you think of these?
