I personally really like the H&M Fashion Against AIDS collection, so excited to see the latest collection! “H&M is launching its fifth Fashion Against AIDS (FAA) collection, to raise funds and create awareness about HIV/AIDS among the young. Available in around 300 H&M Divided departments from April 26, 2012 as well as online (where available), this year’s collection brings together ethnic influences from different continents.” Great collection and a great cause, 25% of all sales will go directly to a variety of international youth HIV/AIDS awareness projects. Can’t wait till the weather gets warmer and get my hands on some of these pieces! Do you like?
Back in October Coach previewed its Spring 2012 collection at The Archive at The Coach Carriage House. It was pretty awesome to get to check out The Archive Coach collections, there were lots of bags that I’ve never seen before and I really do love all the classic leather bags. For Spring 2012 handbags, accessories and shoes for women they have infused spring colors and has interpreted it with 70 years of leather artistry. Featuring natural vachetta, color-blocked Italian waxed calfskin and other beautifully textured leathers, as well as exceptional limited editions and commemorative anniversary styles, they incorporated classic designs and iconic hardware from the Coach archives while taking a fresh and functional approach to luxury. Take your pick, there’s always something from everyone in the Coach collections. My faves are always the classics.
I know a lot of you guys love H&M product previews, so here ya go (I love it too ha)! Some of the products have already hit H&M stores already, you know H&M always puts stuff out early. Look out for your faves this month and February, I know I’m going to be buying a bunch! Love the sorbet colors, so soft and subtle, and how cute is this smokey transparent jacket? Need! Every time I visit LA, I always find time to visit my friends at the H&M Showroom and also to check out the new collections. The LA showroom is pretty amazing, spacious and has an amazing view, I can seriously work out of that location ha! Last month I visited Kendall at the showroom and previewed some new Spring 2012 samples and I’m seriously loving all the sorbet and neon colors, makes me so happy! Back in July I posted a sneak peek of the Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals Spring/Summer 2012 sneakers, now here’s the lookbook (via Freshness) and product pics (courtesy of adidas Originals)! How cute does Charlotte Free look in this lookbook, love her! According to the press release “the collection pays tribute to American pop culture and brings a little jungle flavor to the urban scene and dresses the now ubiquitous wings in stars and stripes.” The collection is slated to release in February but some of the products are available for pre-order at luisaviaroma.com already. As always funky and cray, loves it!
I’m seriously not trying to tease anyone (including myself) not being able to shop this Versace for H&M Cruise 2012 collection but I couldn’t resist posting the lookbook images featuring Abbey Lee Kershaw and River Viiperi. Lucky for those that are in the markets that can shop on hm.com, you guys will be the only ones being able to shop the online exclusive on January 19th. Click here to see the full collection. The women’s collection is light and feminine, with a berries and butterflies print on dresses, tops, negligées, dressing gowns and a silk cashmere cardigan. There are also white jeans, bikinis, and accessories such as charm bracelets, print bags, ballet flats and high heels. For men, the focus is on fashion classics like a leather detail wool blazer, jeans and denim shirts, alongside pleat-front shorts in cotton or denim. Do you like the collection? Concepts and Sorel announces their third collaboration featuring two versions of the popular, Tofino High – this time with an animalistic twist! The first version, a distinct brown etched leather and the second, a waxed canvas in universally flattering beige, both will be released on 12/27/11 at the Concepts retail location, 37 Brattle Street, Cambridge, MA. Features of the Tofino style include: Superior traction, Waterproof waxed canvas upper. Leather shell, Faux fur collar and Molded rubber outsole inspired by the classic 1964 Pac boot offers excellent traction. I love Sorel boots, they’re perfect for the winter!
