Remember I was in Barcelona last month for the MNG by MANGO for jcpenney mission campaign? On the second day of the trip was the photo shoot for me and 9 other Style Coalition bloggers. Previously I’ve done looks inspired by London, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam and finally here’s Barcelona! I just got the final image and the group photo, I’m loving it! For those that always say that I don’t wear color, here ya go, I’m in bright red. It was definitely an amazing journey, I had a great time. And I just have to add, I wish I have my own professional makeup artist and hair stylist with me 24/7, a gurl can only dream haha. I seriously loved my hair! It seems like it’s been so long since I’ve been back from Barcelona but in reality it was just a few weeks ago. Lots of new things happening but want to share the last of the Barcelona trip photos. On the last day, I went to lunch at one of my fave spots, Tapas 24, then on to shopping at COS. COS (Collection of Style) is a higher end brand of H&M, it is my new favorite shopping spot, too bad it’s not available in NYC. Bought a few things that I have yet to wear but definitely will soon! Shopped around and then had hot chocolate and churros at the famous Granja La Pallaresa, My last stop was dinner at Rita Rouge, pretty cute spot. It was fun times in Barcelona, hope to go back soon! I ate real good when I was in Barcelona but I have to say dinners were super long, well may be it’s because it was with a big group. The second night I was there, I had dinner at Boca Grande. The restaurant was pretty amazing, food was decent. I was pretty sad they didn’t have Patata Bravas, how can you not? But the octopus was soooo good! The ambiance was pretty amazing though, the best part was the bathroom! You’ll see why after the jump. Pretty CRAY right? On the second day of my Barcelona trip, it was the MNG by MANGO for jcpenney photo shoot with the 9 other Style Coalition bloggers. I got up bright and early to get my makeup and hair done at the studio, I love the pampering! I wish I can have a personal makeup artist do my makeup everyday haha, it’s like best thing. It was really fun shooting but also stressful because you want the end results to be good, can’t wait to see how the photos came out. I’ll share them when I get them. Back to more Barcelona trip photos, there’s a lot to go through in such a sort period of time. After resting from the day activities, I had dinner with the rest of the Style Coalition bloggers along with jcpenney and the MNG by MANGO team at Cornelia and Co. There were plenty of tapas, main course and dessert, by the end of the meal we were stuffed. Yums! Hope this post doesn’t make you hungry heehee. And of course I had an outfit change, why not? I finally had a chance to wear my new Jeffrey Campbell Annabella Mary Jane, these were inspired by the Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony Mary Jane pair that I wasn’t able to get my hands on. I’m back from Barcelona and I’m already missing it! As you know I was there for the jcpenney and MNG by MANGO Mission campaign, more about that later. It was so nice being back there, seeing old friends at MANGO and meeting new bloggers. After checking into Granados 83 Hotel, rested a bit then out we went. I was there about 1.5 years ago for MANGO and now I’m back again, it felt like dejavu. After a quick rest, all the bloggers went to tour the MANGO Headquarters/Designer Center, it was my second time there. Seriously, the MANGO HQ has one of the best art pieces, amazing. The weather was pretty nice when I was out there too, just a bit chilly at night but nothing like NYC. Hello Barcelona, again! I arrived yesterday and got straight to doing things so wasn’t able to update you guys. After a long flight, I checked into the hotel and after a short break we went straight to the MNG by MANGO studios which is the MANGO Headquarters/Design Center, it was like dejavu. Thought I’d drop a line before I head out, it has been great so far. Many thanks to jcpenney, MANGO and Style Coaltion.
