Pharrell Williams teamed up with Moncler to design a special edition of men’s jackets for fall 2010. According to WWD, the all-black lineup includes a “pacifist” version of the bulletproof jacket, with Velcro-ed side slits, reversible matte/shiny down vests and elongated puffers. The jackets are all made using textiles from Bionic, a 3-yr-old company Pharrell controls. Bionic spins yarns and fabrics from recycled plastic bottles. The printed linings were shot at dusk by Japanese artist Keita Sugiura featuring “art and nature with evocative images of lush forests”, prices and stockists to be announced at a later time. Spotted Gossip Girl’s Michelle Trachtenberg rockin’ a Jimmy Choo for H&M Leopard Print Bag at the American Eagle Outfitters Times Square flagship store grand opening party on Tuesday, November 17th. Guess that was one of the purchases she made during the Jimmy Choo for H&M NYC launch party. Do you like her outfit? Spotted over at FabSugar, Rihanna and Katy Perry both rockin’ the same H&M Trend sweater dress (it was one of my H&M Luv picks!) but in two totally different ways. Rihanna rocked the dress with black combat boots, gold chain, Louis Vuitton fanny pack and threw on a pair of sunnies while Katy Perry rocked out the girlie look in over-the-knee boots, belt and a metallic gold bag. We’ve been seeing Gossip Girl’s Michelle Trachtenberg aka Georgina Sparks everywhere nowadays, most recently at the Jimmy Choo for H&M NYC launch party shopping with her friends. Today WWD reports that Michelle Trachtenberg inked a deal with Coach to design a jewelry collection under the Poppy line. She’ll be applying her “tough-girl meets sugary-sweet vibe” to her costume jewelry line of colorful crystals, faux pearls and intricate hardware pieces which hits stores in the spring. Perhaps we’ll be seeing the first look on Gossip Girl? Hopefully! We’ll see how that turns out…stay tuned.
I remember back in the days when I used to rock Swatch watches, it’s been a while since I paid attention to the brand. This new watch has got me thinking, it was unveiled at the Swatch flagship store re-opening in Times Square New York last week. The brand new Full Blooded White Watch is really cute, it’s a quick fix to my Chanel J12 White Ceramic Watch desire. Kelly Osbourne was wearing the new watch at the re-opening event, looks nice!
