First we’ve seen Erin Wasson style herself in the COMME des GARCONS for H&M collection, then Katie Holmes layered her polka dots, now Nicky Hilton was spotted out shopping on Wednesday, October 22nd in Beverly Hills rockin’ the very popular polka dot cardigan! This collection is definitely a hit amongst the celebs, super kawaii! At first I wasn’t sure about the cardigan but thanks to Pansy (H&M) for confirming and thanks to lucy92 for the tip!

Sunday Times Style Supplement via TFS

Check out what’s coming out from Kate Moss Topshop’s Christmas 2008 Collection which is slated to release on October 28th. The collection of eveningwear yet again takes inspiration from her own wardrobe. The limited piece in the collection is the full-length gown of midnight-blue sequins, inspired by the vintage dress Kate wore to her 30th birthday- only 10 have been made and retail for £400 (about US$653). For an alternative version of that dress, they’ve created a mini version that retail for £130 (about US$212). The collection also “features sequin-embellished T-shirts (£35), and drop-waist 1920s-style dresses (£80-£100), as well as a burgundy ruffled minidress (£120) and a gold, single-shouldered, floor-skimming gown (£120).” Lots of pretty dresses, I especially like the Leopard Dress (pictured)- I hope it won’t be crazy expensive so hot! My favorite twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s Influence book is now available at Amazon.com, on top of that MK and A will be making a live appearance at Barnes & Noble Union Square next Tuesday, October 28th at 12:30pm! I’ve never seen them in person and I’m thinking about going, but I’m afraid it’s going to be a mob scene- not sure I can go through that. I want to go!!

Kid Sister and Me

Last night the Downshift Session 2008 Event took place at the Classic Car Club in New York to celebrate Gran Turismo’s 10th anniversary. The evening was a celebration of automotive design, music, art and of course gaming. The highlights of the event included Eric Haze unveiling the Lotus Exige which he hand painted and will be auctioned to benefit Studio in a School. DJ Soul (bigups for the shoutout!) and DJ Neil Armstrong were on the 1s and 2s and Kid Sister gave a great performance, plus gamers had the opportunity to race in live time trials to win amazing prizes. Shoutouts to Jan (LTD), Hawaii Mike (LTD), Jeff Staple and everyone involved, it was a dope event!

I know you’ve all just seen my post about Erin Wasson rockin’ the same gear but I had to add this as well. Katie Holmes spotted leaving her house to the opening night of the play “All My Sons” in Manhattan yesterday, October 16th rockin’ COMME des GARCONS for H&M!! She was all polka dotted out in a top, cardigan and scarf- she looked great! Will these pieces become the must have for the fashionistas? What’s your must have pieces from the collection? I’m not sure but I better get my hands on some of the pieces or I’ll cry (haha), great job Pansy! Who do you think rock’d the gear better? Erin Wasson or Katie Holmes?

Don’t we all wish we had celebrity status sometimes? Sigh…

Everyone is all over the COMME des Garcons for H&M collection, Erin Wasson styled herself in the November 2008 issue of Nippon Vogue in a few pieces from the highly anticipated COMME des Garcons for H&M collection. Does this photo shoot make you love the collection more or are you sick of seeing the polka dots, dropped-crotch trousers and deconstructed jackets? I’m still very much in love with the collection, can’t wait till November!!
