Thursday night, H&M threw an intimate party to celebrate the launch of the Sonia Rykiel pour H&M knitwear collection at a local hotspot, Bobo. The collection was displayed for the first time for guests to preview before it hits H&M stores on February 20th. Natalie Rykiel brought along her daughter Lola Rykiel to host the party with Chanel Iman DJing. Some of the celebrities that showed up were Leighton Meester, Kelly Rutherford, Michelle Williams, Amanda Hearst and Chanel Farell. Another great party, can’t wait till the collection drops! TGIF, I saved the best post for last! On Tuesday I posted a behind-the-scenes video of the Sonia Rykiel pour H&M spring 2010 knitwear collection, Avanti now has a preview of the products. Thanks to reader Mika for tipping me, we now see additional products we haven’t seen yet! The collection features an iconic knitwear collection for women and girls (1.5 to 8 years old) accompanied by playful accessories. The collection is so fun, filled with bright pink and yellow along with black and white pieces and sparkling rhinestones to glam things up. Spotted…Kim Kardashian out and about in LA rockin’ a faux fur trimmed H&M sweater vest and my dream bag, Hermes Birkin! Kim looked young and cute that day (January 8th) in the H&M vest, I have it too but the weather has been too cold to wear it out alone in NYC. Hopefully, when it gets a bit warmer so I can rock it out with a cute outfit. I want her Birkin bag!! Her outfit details according to her stylist, Monica Rose: Dita Legends “Sunbeam” Sunglasses, Roxanne celeb skinny jeans, Elizabeth and James top and Christian Louboutin boots. Do you like her look? Although I mostly shop at H&M’s Trend section, from time to time there’s some amazing stuff in the Divided section as well especially when they release the Divided Exclusive collection. When I was in LA a couple months ago, I stopped by the H&M office and previewed some of the spring stuff and this particular lace moto jacket stood out (must have).
