Me and Minya (Miss Info)

This past Wednesday, December 17th was the final edition of the Nike Playmakers events, until next year something new will arise. I wasn’t in paparazzi mode that night so I depended on YM to snap up pictures, thanks! As usual the event was super packed, DJ Clark Kent was on the 1s and 2s, my gurl Miss Info was doing interviews for Playmakers TV along with an open bar and yummy stadium food! Fun times! More sneaker pics over at Sneaker News.

Fila “Melrose” Sportie LA Edition

fila-melrose-sportie-la-02.jpg

A few weeks back, you’ve seen the first release of the Fila “Melrose” women’s footwear collection inspired by one of the most famous Fila shoes to date, the F-13. Isack Fadlon, owner of Sportie LA, coined the name of the collection, as he was the first to preview the collection and really fell in love with the shoe. This past Wednesday, December 10th, Sportie LA and Fila debuted a special edition of the Melrose, which will be unveiled at their party in LA. The limited edition kicks feature a synthetic upper with bold patent details and world renowned 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective custom print and color panels.

The Fila “Melrose” Sportie LA Edition is available in three colorways and retail at $99.95. The kicks are exclusively available at Sportie LA and www.sportiela.com.

I’m feelin’ these, they’re so cute!

Jeremy Scott for adidas Originals - JS Wings & JS Logo

jeremy-scott-adidas-wings-logo.jpg

These two pairs of Jeremy Scott for adidas Originals sneakers, JS Wings and JS Logo are too nice not to repost in a bigger pic. The JS Wings pair is so dope, Kanye West was seen rockin’ a white pair recently- the wings motif is detachable also! The oversize tongue on the JS Logo pair is crazy, love the original colorway and look. Footwear in the collection ranges from about $120 to $250 which is quite reasonable, look at the designs! The collection is scheduled to release on February 1, 2009 and will be first launched in select boutiques and fashion doors and a month later in adidas Originals stores. I need them so bad, come March 2009 you’ll see me at the adidas Originals store coppin’ a pair, that’s if I can get my hands on them! Super fresh!

Jeremy Scott for adidas Originals - Artillery Hi

jeremy-scott-for-adidas-artillery-hi-1.jpg

I’ve been keeping a close eye on the Jeremy Scott for adidas Originals collection, I’m anticipating the release- just about three more months and the collection releases. Sneaker Freaker just put out a closer look at the Artillery Hi in two colorways that you’ve got a sneak peek back in October. To be honest not my favorite style from the collection, but I’m sure someone on this site appreciates it. I’m still feelin’ the other two styles that I’ve previously posted, the Wings pair and the Logo pair, both are a must cop! Your thoughts?
