Hope you all had a lovely holiday with your loved ones and received lots of love and was showered with wonderful gifts and all. Before I get into 2013, (can you believe 2012 has passed already?), while going through my photos I realized I never posted my photos from Las Vegas and Los Angeles from August 2012- here it is! Oh how I wish it’s warm in NYC right now, just like when I was in LV and LA in August! While I was in LA, I finally had a chance to go to Disneyland, thanks to Disney! Wish I had more time to spend there but there was just so much to see and play, will need to go back to Disneyland again this year. It was in a great week on the West Coast! Def need to plan a vacation in 2013 to somewhere warm and beachy. Looking forward to an amazing NEW YEAR, thank you for sticking by my side!
It’s so cold in NYC that I wish I was in LA now, missing the trip that I took to LA earlier this month- def need to go back soon! On the last day in LA it was rainy and gloomy again but when it was time to head to the airport the sky cleared up, seriously? Had lunch with a friend at Din Tai Fung then grabbed a on my way to the airport at my fave Half and Half Tea Express. Have you had drinks there? Soooo good, wished there was one in NYC- more of a reason to visit LA more often right? My big bro Steven helped opened NOBU Malibu a couple of months ago so when I was in LA recently, he hooked up an awesome VIP table. We sat next to Cindy Crawford and had an ocean view, despite the rainy weather it was still amazing. The new space has a perfect setting and the Malibu specials are pretty damn good, I even ate some sashimi, I don’t usually eat raw. I brought my friends along with me, two of which have never been to NOBU and they enjoyed it a lot. The Malibu location is special, I’m definitely going to try to go by for lunch the next time I’m in LA, the view is just too good. Check out my photos after the jump…(make sure you’re not hungry lol)
I wish the weather in NYC is warm enough to just wear a hoody out like when I was in LA. Whenever I’m in LA I have to pay a visit to The Boiling Crab to satisfy my craving, it is seriously the best. Wish there was one in NYC! But I guess it’s the more of a reason for me to go to LA more often right? After lunch with my gurls, I drove by the Walt Disney Concert Hall to snap some photos, it’s so pretty there. On the third day in LA, it was raining pretty hard and almost the entire day but luckily the sun came out for a bit so I was able to snap these photos. Woke up early for coffee at Dr. Chen’s at The Pancake Epidemic to see my friends Edison Chen and Darren Romanelli. It was my first time there, the showroom is pretty cool and it was great catching up with old friends and meeting new. Afterward, went to grab a bite at Curry House, one of my spots in LA. And whenever I’m in town, I always visit my friends at the H&M showroom, it’s one of the best locations to work at! If I was to have a 9-5 job, I’d definitely apply to work at the West Hollywood showroom haha. Later than night, I visited my friends at the Disney office, they always amaze me with their new collabs and products. Also, a big shout out to Cadillac for loaning me a 2013 CTS Sport Wagon for the trip, the car is super dope, smooth and roomy! I love Cadillac cars. |
