Following the successful two seasons, New Balance for Nine West unveils its third collection for spring/summer 2010 with new styles to offer. New Balance created a footwear collection that marries both performance and fashion which can be worn at the gym or out and about. Each season the collection grows and introduces new styles but the Icon remains and gets updated. My favorites are the Icon (classic 410 New Balance) which is the bestseller and the new flats. The flats are super cute, they’re made of jersey material and detailed with a pop of fluorescent color. I’m anticipating the release of this collection, definitely need to get my hands on the flats. The collection is slated to release in March 2010.

Isabel Marant got everyone buzzing about the suede chain boots when she sent models walking down her spring 2009 runway show in them, everyone wanted a pair! I personally haven’t seen the Isabel Marant boots in stores but now you can get the look for less because Jeffrey Campbell has created a similar pair without the killer price tag. Like the Isabel Marant boots, the Jeffrey Campbell “Third” Suede Boots has removable chains wrapped around the boots so you’re free to style it however you like or rock them without the chains. The newly revamped H&M flagship store at 51st Street and 5th Avenue in NYC was transformed into a party scene for the launch of the highly anticipated Jimmy Choo for H&M collection. This past Friday, November 13th, we were invited to the VIP shopping party to get first dibs on the limited edition collection which launched in stores on Saturday, November 14th. The new space is amazing, super glam and fabulous, nearly 500 people were invited to the party and shopped till they dropped including Christian Siriano and Michelle Tractenberg. The shoe section was barricaded off and women were let in slowly (good idea), it was a frenzy in there. Spotted Michelle Tractenberg with her friends in the shoe section with two large shopping bags and deciding on what to get next. Women were trying on piles and piles of shoes, shoes were everywhere luckily the sales worked quickly to rearrange stuff and restocked. The first things to go were the Thigh High Boots and Studded Belts, those are my two favorite pieces from the collection. It was an amazing party and the best thing is that we got to shop early, no fuss except for the sold out stuff but picked up a couple of pieces! Happy! Did you get a piece of the collection?
