After breakfast with Louis Vuitton, I went home to rest up a little before the LRG x Courvoisier Exclusif Party hosted by Complex at Reed Space later on at night. I did a change up with my outfit, kept my H&M top on but threw on my lame’ legging, gladiator sandals and switched to a smaller bag to make the look a bit more fun for the night. When I got there, the party was already jammed packed with people chilling and sipping on Courvoisier, it was so crowded it felt like a sauna up in there but Just Blaze kept the party bumpin’. Regardless of the heat, people were enjoying themselves and even DJ Clark Kent and Shan Foster came through to show some luv. Bigups to my gurl Christine from Complex for another dope party!

Summer is approaching soon and the best thing about it is losing the big coats and getting casually dressed down into a simple chic t-shirt. Mama just released her new batch of summer ‘08 tees bringing you back to the “roaring 20’s when smoke-filled speakeasys and jazz clubs were the place to get a cocktail during Prohibition”. To add a twist to the Mama’s Joint look book, it is designed to resemble a silent film featuring scenes shot at the Milk Bar in San Francisco to give it that “secret spot” feel and be sure to pump up your volume and listen to the jazz music. The collection is available in stores and online now.

At The Foundation showroom, Jessica showed the In4mation Summer 2008 Collection, named “Endless Summer” which releases in about two weeks. The “Endless Summer” collection was based on taking a vacation to the South Pacific Islands and what gear we would bring. I personally think that the In4mation is a brand to look out for, their collection progresses every season. Wait till you see the fall collection (I already have my eyes on a few pieces haha), the jackets are so dope. I also like how they keep their logos minimal on most of the pieces and the usage of color/prints - very fun and girly. Look out for the Summer collection soon…
